Comes with a clamp that slides on first and tightens with screws provided. Must have 10 feet of clearance on all sides to work and 4 to 5 feet high. Fits up to a two-inch diameter pole or less.

Patented scalloped bottom and curved top help to eliminate any chance of grabbing on. Galvanized and powder coated.
