You get 1 big Bird Bingo board, 64 bird tiles, 8 double-sided bingo cards.

You mix the tiles in a bag, included, and draw out a bingo tile. Place it on the board in the correct space then mark the space with a chip.  First one with 5 in a row wins! You can change up the winning patterns.
