A very successful house for getting these small owls. Has a predrilled hole at the top for the brass screw included.  We would recommend another set screw at the bottom or inside.  Has plenty of ventilation and comes with an attached predator guard.  This box will can also be used by Kestrels. They really need housing. You also get a bag of shavings for the inside.  A very nice cedar owl box from our buddy Woody, Munson, MA.
