Each evening after work, Sebastian, our newest BWGS staff member, takes a walk on nearby Skaket Beach. He typically hikes a short distance away from the busy parking area so he can enjoy the sunset in peace. However, on recent evenings he has also been accompanied by this lone nesting Piping Plover that is nervously waiting for her chicks to hatch. Thanks for sharing your photo Sebastian, and more importantly thanks for sharing the beach with the new mother.
